If you like keeping things in order, notice the little details, and enjoy helping others, we would love to meet you.
• Opening and closing the office each day from Monday to Friday and ensuring it is ready for the team
• Managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace, including restocking supplies and tidying shared areas
• Ensuring compliance with internal office rules and maintaining a pleasant environment
• Overseeing mail, shipping, and deliveries
• Handling small technical or maintenance issues or coordinating repairs with service providers
• Working closely with the People and Operations Manager to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming office
• Helping organize internal events, workshops, and team gatherings
• Strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A sense of responsibility and ownership of the office and its well-being
• A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative without waiting for instructions
• A friendly and professional approach, as you will be the first point of contact for our team and visitors
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address small issues or find the right person to help
• Flexibility, as we are a startup where priorities can shift quickly
• Fluency in Polish and English, as you will interact with both local vendors and international colleagues
• Comfort working from the office five days a week, starting around 9:00 a.m.
• Previous experience in administrative work or office management
• Monthly compensation of up to 2,000 USD, depending on experience.
• 26 days of paid time off per year, plus local holidays according to the Polish calendar
• Independence and ownership in managing and improving how the office operates
• A real impact, as your ideas and actions will shape how our workspace looks, feels, and functions.
If this opportunity sounds right for you and you would like to join a friendly, international team where your work truly matters, we encourage you to apply.
