We’re looking for a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join Justpoint’s growing legal team. This is a full-time remote position for an Arizona-licensed attorney (or reciprocal jurisdiction) with experience in mass tort or complex litigation.
You’ll play a key role in shaping litigation strategy, handling all stages of the case lifecycle from research and pleadings to depositions and court appearances. At Justpoint, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team combining legal expertise with advanced AI to pursue justice at scale.
• Litigation & Legal Strategy
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case development and novel legal theories
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents
• Manage all phases of litigation: written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings
• Develop forward-thinking legal strategies in collaboration with internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with MDL and state court developments
• Client & Team Communication
• Maintain professional communication with clients, courts, co-counsel, and colleagues
• Coordinate with legal assistants, paralegals, and internal researchers to streamline litigation workflows
• Participate in evaluating new case opportunities and emerging torts
• What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Аctive law license in Arizona or a reciprocal UBE jurisdiction (required)
• 2+ years of experience in mass tort or complex litigation (required)
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills
• Prior experience with Daubert and summary judgment briefing preferred
• Experience taking/defending depositions is a plus
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-comfortable and collaborative team player
• Competitive salary: $90,000 – $200,000/year, based on experience
