We are seeking a skilled Mass Tort Attorney to join our team. At Justpoint, you'll be part of a culture that values proactive thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and the pursuit of excellence. Our AI-driven approach allows us to identify new opportunities in mass tort litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex mass tort matters from evaluation through resolution, ensuring strategic focus and efficient case progression
Conduct in depth legal and factual research to support case development, identify viable claims, and craft novel legal theories
Prepare high quality work product including pleadings, motions, and memoranda
Collaborate with internal research and AI teams to analyze data, insights, and evaluate emerging case opportunities
Handle all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
Develop and implement creative, forward-thinking legal strategies in coordination with internal teams
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, co-counsel, courts, and internal teams throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in Arizona or a reciprocal jurisdiction [REQUIRED]
3+ years of experience in mass tort litigation or related complex litigation [REQUIRED]
Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with a passion for innovation in legal practice
