4+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
Proven track record managing automated campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
Hands-on ability to query and analyze data (SQL or equivalent).
Comfort working across CRM platforms and connecting with data pipelines.
Strong written communication skills focused on clarity and conversion.
You’ve done it before — You’ve built lifecycle programs that customers love and have the metrics to prove it. It doesn’t have to be at Netflix or Amazon scale, but you’ve learned lessons that shape how you build today.
You’ve navigated regulated environments — Perhaps in health, legal, or another sensitive data space. You know how to move fast while still respecting compliance, or you’re eager to grow into that responsibility.
You think holistically — You’re technically fluent enough to wire up APIs, explore SQL, and evaluate tools, and you understand the principles of HIPAA/PHI and privacy-by-design (embedding privacy and security into products from the start, not as an afterthought).
